After you sign up, be sure to validate your email address.

If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in to your Invivox account, click Forgot your Password in the Log In window.
Enter the email address you use for Invivox, and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password.

We send emails to the email address you use to log in to your account. If you didn’t receive an email notification from us, there are a few different steps you can try to figure out the issue.
Sometimes emails can get lost in your inbox. In your email account, search for terms like "Invivox", "reservation", or other words related to the email you're looking for.
Check your spam and other email filters.
It's possible your email provider mistakenly sent our messages to your spam or junk folder. To avoid this:

Add firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your personal email address book
If you have other filters or routing rules in your email account that may have sorted Invivox emails elsewhere, be sure to check those, too.
Check for issues with your email service provider
Depending on your provider, emails can take up to a few hours to be delivered. If undelivered or delayed emails continue to be an issue, check with your provider to see if there are any configuration issues or problems with their network that might be affecting your account.
When you book a course on Invivox, you’re making arrangements to be part of the Expert’s Operating Room.
1. Find the Right Course
With over 500 courses around the world, you’ll want to make sure you attend the right course for your needs.
When searching for a course, make sure to include your dates and number of attendees. Read the description of the course, the objectives and check the language of the Expert.
2. Book It!
You’ve found the perfect course, and now it’s time to make it official. Click on “Book Now”, then introduce yourself and explain your expectations to let the Expert know more about yourself.
3. Wait for the approval
Your registration can take up to 72 hours to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email.
If you want to narrow down your choices when looking for a course, you can use search filters.
For the most accurate results, always start your search by choosing your specialty.
You can then specify your research with filters, such as course type, educational method, place, etc.
On each course page, you can see how many attendees are welcomed per session and if seats are still available.
To obtain your certificate! We require all faculty to have a profile photo, and we recommend all attendees to upload a profile photo when booking a course.

Transparency and trust are vital to the Invivox experience. People rely on information in Invivox profiles and other verifications when deciding whether to host or attend a course.
We require Invivox reservations to be booked to be booked by the person who's going to attend the course, or by a member of his team.
Instead of making a reservation for someone else, consider referring them to Invivox.
Invivox allows designated bookers at companies enrolled in Invivox for Business to book courses on behalf of others. To learn more, contact us.
You cannot message a faculty directly.
If you have an inquiry, you can send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and the Invivox Team will relay it to the faculty. We cannot guarantee that the Expert will answer your request.
Invivox delivers a certificate for every attendee. Doctors will receive a PDF version of the certificate by email after attending the course. Do not forget to join your picture on your profile, it will be automatically added on your certificate.
Some courses are valid for CME Credits, but not all of them. You can check it on the course's description.
Getting trained with Invivox provides an opportunity to discover the OR of your peers and connect with other doctors of your specialty.

Before you book
Invivox has a diversity of courses, from one-to-one courses to group course. Make sure the topic, the place, and the procedure style match your needs.
Spend some time reviewing your faculty's profile to make sure the course is a good match for you.

Before your course
Communicate clearly with your host about any expectations or special needs you may have.
Always let your faculty know if you're likely to arrive late for the meeting.
Avoid cancellations; fees will be applied if cancellations occur after a certain time-frame.
During your course
Honor your commitments, including arrival time.
The faculty will welcome you in his own OR. Please respect aseptic conditions and any other OR rules that may differ from your own facility.
Please respect and listen for the facility staff’s guidance. Please do not touch patients and equipments without prior authorization from the expert.
The faculty will be performing complex surgeries. Please respect his privacy and do not overwhelm him with questions, especially in crucial moments.
Get to know the Expert and discuss with the other attendees about their operating techniques.
After your course
Always leave a review about your course and what you learned.

Your profile is a great way for others to learn more about you before they book your course. When your profile is complete, it helps others feel that you're reliable and authentic. The more complete your profile is, the more courses you're likely to book, too.
We require all faculty to have a profile photo, and we recommend all attendees to upload a profile photo before making their first reservation.

You can edit information that appears on your Invivox profile, such as your profile photo, resume, videos...
To edit your profile information:
Click on your profile photo, select "Profile" in the menu.

Add a profile photo (any size) and a cover photo (width of 1440px minimum).
Update the basics about who you are and where you live, including the phone number and email address you’ll share when you have a confirmed booking.
Add videos showing your procedures, or testimonials of attendees.

To schedule a course, go to your Dashboard, you can click on "+ Schedule a course" or directly select a date on the calendar.
Scheduling a course on invivox.com is easy. You'll be guided each step of the way thanks to our contextual help. All fields in "Step 1 Essential information" are mandatory. Once completed, your course is ready to be published. All other fields are optional.
Invivox as a third party operator of the community marketplace acts as a transparent intermediary. In order to comply with its status of transparent operator, Invivox has chosen to delegate to Stripe all financial transactions on invivox.com.
After a booking is made, you have 72 hours to refuse a course. You can refuse an attendee except if your refusal is based on discrimination.
Without action on your part within these 72 hours, bookings will be automatically confirmed.
If no booking has been made yet on the course, you can delete it by going on your dashboard:
Find the course you want to delete on the calendar and click on it
click on "delete" under the course name.
If doctors have already booked the course, please send an email to email@example.com before cancelling your course.
You can easily duplicate a course by going on your dashboard:

Cancellation by the attendee
The Invivox service fee is non-refundable. Course fees are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below: For a full refund, cancellation must be made seven business days prior to the date of the course If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the course is non-refundable.
Certain special circumstances may permit a full refund (course + service fee). Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to see if this can be applied to you.
Cancellation by the faculty
If the course is cancelled by the faculty, or if the faculty doesn’t show, the attendee will be refunded in full (course fee + service fee).
You’ll be charged for the total cost of your reservation upon booking. Should your booking not be confirmed, you will immediately be refunded in full.
Regardless of how far in advance your reservation is booked, we hold the payment for the faculty until 72 hours after check-in to make sure everything goes smoothly.
No, Invivox can't split your reservation cost across multiple payment methods. To make a reservation, you'll need to make your payment with a single payment method.
We support several payment methods, which depend on what country your payment account is located in.
You'll see which payment methods are available to you on the checkout page, before you submit a reservation request.

Sometimes your credit card may be incorrectly refused by your bank. If you've entered your information correctly and are still having problems using your card, contact your bank or credit card provider to let them know. Inform them of the amount of the charge and the time you tried to make the charge so they can let the transaction go through.

The total price of a course on Invivox is based on a few factors. Note that the price is charged in full on reservation.

Other costs that may be included: Value Added Tax (VAT): Tax charged to attendees living in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, South Africa, and Japan (charged as JCT).

If you pay in a currency that’s different from the designated currency of your payment method, your provider or third-party payment processor may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment. Contact your provider (for example, your credit or bank card issuer) for information on what fees may apply, since they’re not controlled by Invivox.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your receipt is automatically sent by email.
You can find your booking confirmation in your Dashboard. Your booking confirmation is a summary of your reservation and includes:
Information about the course (date, time, address)
Contact information for the faculty and the administrator
Information found in a receipt
Invivox cancellation policies don't cover accidental bookings. If you accidentally book a course, when you cancel your reservation you'll be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Our system only processes whole numbers, and all fees and totals are rounded to the nearest whole amount.
Service fees are calculated from the course fees.
We add a percentage-based service fee to each course. This helps cover the cost of running our site and services.
The exact percentage depends on the course fees. You'll see the exact amount on your receipt (?).
If you cancel a reservation the service fee is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled by the faculty and you choose to be refunded, the service fee is refunded in full.
Depending on the country, VAT on service fees may be included as an additional amount over and above the total Invivox service fee. The course fees include VAT, when applicable.
Faculty are not allowed to ask for more money than the price posted on Invivox. If a faculty asks for more money, please contact the Invivox team.
