Management of 2 patients in intensive care (4 clinical cases) on a high fidelity simulator presenting a circulatory failure monitored by different monitoring devices in a realistic environment of intensive care.

Know how to implement a hemodynamic optimization strategy in septic shock.
Know how to use hemodynamic monitoring by transpulmonary thermodilution, Pulse contour, Swan-Ganz, SvO2 (excluding ultrasound)
Know the place and the limits of the dependence preload indices. Know how to perform dynamic dependency preload tests.
