Aimed at surgeons with experience in penile implant surgery and Artificial Urinary Sphincter implantation, this course will focus on management issues and operative techniques that enable you to offer surgery to more complex patients.

This will be through a mixture of didactic presentation and Live surgery, and include but not limited to:

• Tips and Tricks of surgery,
• patient counselling,
• managing expectations of patients
• prevention and managemennt of complications.

Specialist Andrologists and Urologists and advanced fellowship trainees who already independently perform penile implant or AUS surgery and have extensive experience in the management of men with erectile dysfunction, and male incontinence

Day 1

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Arrive Airport and transfer to Hotel for onward travel to the hospital

Discussion on various aspects of ER therapy – Peyronie’s Disease, Priapism, Corporal Fibrosis, Penile Shortening and Revision Surgery, patient counselling

2:00 PM - 5:00 PM ED Clinic - managing patient expectations

The opportunity to see live patient interaction in the OPD setting - discussions will be in Flemish, but Professor Van Renterghem will translate into English.

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM Transfer to the Hotel Check in and freetime

7:30 PM - 8:00 PM Meet in hotel lobby for transfer to Dinner
