Symposium Language will be English. No simultaneous translation will be available during the symposium.

Registration and Information desk will be open between 07:30 - 18:00 hours during the symposium dates at the hotel.

No photo shooting & video shot should be allowed during the symposium. Liable of these actions will be sentence to turn off their record devices.

• All cancellations shall be made via e-mail.
• %50 of the total amount will be reimbursed if the cancellation is made before July 15, 2020.
• No cancellation will be valid after July 15, 2020.
