- The strategy of selection of the indications of Endovenous thermal ablation techniques using laser technology or radiofrequency that allows the saphenous veins to be ablated in advanced cases where it cannot be preserved by ASVAL.

- The tips & tricks based on personal experience of Drs Pittaluga & Chastanet for the performance of both endothermal procedure and removal of varicose tributaries with a new elegant microsurgical technique.
