Advance your practice of facelifting surgery in the ABC FACELIFT Masterclass. You will obtain specialized training by Patrick Baraf, MD, Michael Atlan, MD, PhD and Special Guest Steven Cohen, MD, who have a great amount of knowledge and experience in the techniques used to perform the different procedures in facelifting.

 

The workshop takes place in the largest cosmetic establisment in Europe, the Clinique des Champs Elysées. The Clinic has been welcoming both french and international patients for over 60 years in their well-equipped establisment which offers procedures in cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, laser hair removal, hair surgery and cosmetic dentistry. DR. PATRICK BARAF is a French surgeon in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He performs all cosmetic surgery procedures, especially facial facelifts and blepharoplasties (eyelids), breast surgery and abdominoplasty. For more than twenty years, he has been at the forefront of discipline in many fields, which he has helped to develop. He has worked on some innovative techniques.

 

DR. MICHAEL ATLAN is an associate Professor, at Pierre et Marie Curie Faculty of Medicine, with a permanent position in Tenon Hospital (Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris) in an integrated Breast Cancer Center. Former head of department of Pontoise Hospital, he now leads the Unit of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. His team practices aesthetic surgery and has the responsibility of post bariatric surgery, dermatologic, thoracic, abdominal wall and pelvic post-oncological surgery defects.

DR. STEVEN COHEN Dr. Steven R. Cohen and his team specialize in face lift surgery, rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, facial implants, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, liposuction, fat transfer, and a wide variety of non-surgical options. Dr. Cohen's main interest is facelift surgery combined with fat grafting as well as regenerative surgical approaches for breast and body contouring. His newer techniques of Cell Enriched Fat Grafting, Nanofat grafting, Composite fat grafting, Pre-periosteal Fat Grafting are unique in the field. Dr. Cohen was one of the first in the US to embrace non-surgical care and has developed the FACES+ Continuum of Care, which integrates preventative and maintenance care with non-surgical and surgical treatment.

The three-day workshop will be a comprehensive training where the experts of facelifting will demonstrate and explain their techniques. 

 

Day 1: The first day of the workshop you will learn the tips, tricks and secrets of the Masters. You will take educational courses that focus on face anatomy and the techniques of the procedures employed.

 

Day 2: Day two will give you the chance of true hands-on practice. You will partake in a cadaver lab where you execute techniques and exercise through repetition at the Université Paris Descartes.

 

Day 3: Day three you will observe live procedures performed by the Masters. You will experience up-close and personally how the techniques are done followed by a debriefing and the ability to ask thorough questions.
