Join us for this insightful webinar where we'll unveil a groundbreaking international consensus on anti-aging strategies for clinical practice.
This study aimed to develop global recommendations for using anti-aging dermocosmetics in clinical practice.
The process involved:
Expert Review:
7 international experts analyzed 8 patient cases, representing diverse ages, skin issues (e.g., sensitivity, acne, melasma), sun exposure levels, and skin types.
Consensus Building:
The RAND/UCLA appropriateness method was used to guide experts toward agreement.
Ingredient Rating:
17 key ingredients were rated on a scale from 1 (completely inappropriate) to 9 (completely appropriate) for each case.
Refinement:
Statistical analysis, two in-person meetings, and email discussions helped refine the final recommendations.
