Orsi Academy offers a 1-day course in Robotic TME surgery for general surgeons with beginner robotic skills who want to master the robotic surgery approach in left sided colonic resections and Total Mesorectal Excision surgery.

The 1-day masterclass consists of a full day of hands-on wet-lab training at Orsi Academy.

• Cadaver lab: 2 surgeons per station/cadaver
• Left sided colon resection
• IMA takedown
• Medial to lateral mobilization of colon
• Splenic flexure takedown

  • Intra-operative adjustments (table motion, dual docking, port hopping)
  • Pelvic dissection
