On April 25 & 26, Surgquest and Orsi Academy will be broadcasting live robotic surgeries from around the globe. Only, the key opinion leaders who classically are operating themselves, will get the opportunity to pass their wisdom live from the Orsi Auditorium to the operating theatre, where a selection of the finest, proficient & young surgeons will be in the operating console.
After being trained in the lab to level of proficiency, they now aim to grow towards wisdom in the operating theatre. By applying the validated, binary metrics, which are the cornerstone of the Proficiency-Based Progression (PBP) methodology, senior expert surgeons will coach the young surgeons to optimal outcomes for the patients.
With NextGen, Surgquest will bring the PBP methodology in clinical practice.
