Join our speaker Patrick Jamieson at the venue below for an educational evening to help you better assess the technical and clinical requirements for a successful CPET.

Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is a dynamic, non-invasive assessment of the cardiopulmonary system at rest and during exercise. The objective of CPET is to determine functional capacity in an individual. It provides assessment of the integrative exercise responses involving the pulmonary, cardiovascular, hematopoietic, neuropsychological, and skeletal muscle systems, which are not adequately reflected through the measurement of individual organ system function. This non-invasive, dynamic physiological overview permits the evaluation of both submaximal and peak exercise responses, providing the doctor with relevant information for clinical decision making.
